Hey sorry its taken so long to write back..

NPS rounds are like £21 in advance or £25 on the day or something like that if last years prices stay the same.

Level of skill? Well it is national and most of the liscensed categories are pretty fiercely comeptitive, there are novice categories though for first timers of the nationals!
